1.       Promote substantive research collaboration between Shandong University and UNSW， including publishing research papers, jointly applying for research funds, and promoting scholar exchange visits.

2.      Support the field research of the scholars from Shandong University and UNSW, helping scholars to contact local governments and facilitating the field research progress.

3.      Invite scholars from Shandong University and UNSW to solve the problems in China's urban and rural development, and provide local governments with policy advices.
